We had a very mixed experience at this hotel. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and most hotel rooms offer a great view and the location is very convenient.
However the hotel is very dated and our room was extremely dated and is in need of renovation.
Our biggest issue was that the bathrooms / showers only had lukewarm water at best, sometimes it was almost cold. We complained several times and were told it was fixed, but it really wasn’t.
As I said, the staff was for the most part friendly, but the hotel owner needs to invest badly into some serious renovations.
